I actually took a day off from painting fairies last weekend to see the big surf and the great UC Davis ultimate frisbee team in Santa Barbara. In the upper right hand corner of the weather reports, there is always the wave height information and it's usually 2-4 ft. Today it was 6-8ft. - alot of surfers were out.This tree is the same tree I painted years ago for Carpinteria State Beach painting. (link on right), although the tree and beach have changed. The beach was completely pastel.
