Ruby red grapefruits are in season and make great margaritas. There are some amazingly sweet ones at Trader Joes.
I LOVE your journals! What wonderful variety in this post. The eggplant is genius--what a combination of subject and content. We've been getting some great oranges here that are a blend of orange and pink grapefruit. They're soooo delicious! But a grapefruit margarita sounds like the best yet!
